System Requirements

GALENA is a full 32 bit Microsoft Windows based program designed to run at speed on IBM compatible PC's running Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7.

Network Licence - Server/PC

CPU:

Pentium 1 (similar or better).

Memory (RAM):

64Mb (minimum);
2Gb (recommended).

Operating System / Network:

Windows 2000 or better, or Windows Server 2003 or better;
Windows Network (TCP/IP).

Disk Drives:

Hard Disk Drive - 15Mb available space;
CD-ROM drive (for shipped versions with hardware security keys).

Graphics:

SVGA 800x600 (minimum);
SXGA 1280x1024 (recommended).

Other:

Mouse or pointing device;
Internet connection (for internet-based Licences);
USB port (for Dongle-based Licences with a USB security key);
Adobe Reader v7 or better (for the GALENA Tutorial).

GALENA can be installed and used on the PC nominated to be used as a server in a peer-to-peer network, for both internet-based and Dongle-based Network Licences.

Network Licence - Client/Workstation PCs

Same as Standalone Licence plus network access to the nominated Network Licence Server/PC (above).
