Updates

The following complimentary updates are provided for current and past GALENA versions.

Patches look for and then update GALENA with the latest changes and improvements for that version.  To update from the Web (recommended), or download, select the version below - GALENA must be accessible from this PC to update from the Web.

Patches can be applied to any appropriate release version by running the Patch on any computer that has that version installed - the v5.0 Patch can only be applied to a v5.0 installation; a v4.0 Patch can only be applied to a v4.0 installation, etc..

Version details can be found on the ‘About GALENA’ dialog, accessed via the main menu ‘Help|About GALENA’ menu listing.

GALENA 5.0 Updates


 


GALENA 5.02.1.08 (Patch502_1_08 - 23 August 2010) - for 5.0x.1.xx versions only (those issued with a hardware key (Dongle)).

GALENA 5.02.3.08 (Patch502_3_08 - 24 August 2010) - for 5.0x.3.xx versions only (those issued with the internet verification system (CopyMinder)).

Driver updates are available for hardware keys (Dongles) when using GALENA 5.0 with 64 bit operating systems (Vista/7/Server 2008) - please contact Clover Technology for more information.

GALENA 4.0 Updates


 


GALENA 4.02.1.07 (Patch402_1_07 - 14 August 2006).

This Patch requires v4.02 be installed - if you have v4.02 installed use this Patch - if not install Patch402_1_01 (below) first, and then apply this Patch.


 


GALENA 4.02.1.01 (Patch402_1_01 - 27 June 2005).

If you are updating v4.00 or v4.01 and do not have v4.02 installed then apply this Patch first (to ensure all v4.02 features are applied), and then apply Patch402_1_07 (above).

Dongle Drivers (SetupDrv.exe v3.31 - 30 March 2004).

Click here to update to the latest Dongle Drivers for GALENA 3.x and 4.0...


This driver update is designed for Windows XP and the latest and fastest PCs.  You are advised to update the drivers on your PC if you experience Dongle access or recognition problems.  Either run the SetupDrv.exe program from our web site (by clicking on the link above), or download it to the GALENA directory on your PC and run it from there.  SetpDrv should be run on each PC where GALENA is installed.  Dongle Drivers are only needed if you have GALENA 3.x/4.0 and a GALENA Dongle.

Please contact Clover Technology if problems with Dongle access or recognition persist.

This Dongle Driver program should not be used for GALENA 5.0, 5.01 or 5.02 - please contact Clover Technology if you experience problems with Dongle access or recognition using GALENA 5.0x.
